Absolutely scam! Do not purchase. I ordered mine for Christmas early in December and despite it stating delivered mid December I still haven’t received my parcel. I have been in constant contact ever since with the last saying dispatched via Royal Mail on the 19th December. Royal Mail still hasn’t received it on the 26th!

The shipping address provided at checkout was incomplete from the beginning, which caused Royal Mail to hold the parcel instead of completing delivery. Despite this, the parcel was initially marked as delivered by Royal Mail based on the information they had.
After you contacted us, Royal Mail confirmed the package was being held at the local post office due to the incomplete address and allowed an address correction. We updated the address with Royal Mail immediately so they could attempt delivery again.
Unfortunately, even after the address update, the parcel was not successfully received, which is something we do not control once the carrier has marked the shipment as delivered/held due to an address issue.
For the most accurate delivery details, we strongly recommend contacting Royal Mail directly, as they can confirm the exact handling and final status of the parcel at the local post office.
We shipped the order correctly and took extra steps to assist by contacting Royal Mail and arranging the address update. This situation was caused by an address error at checkout, not by a failure to ship.
