We hope you love what you ordered, but if something isn’t right, let us know. If you received an item that you are dissatisfied with, you may return it within 30 days for a refund to your original tender, (30 days from the time you receive the order). In the case that you are not completely satisfied, the product must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return your product. please email us at email@example.com by providing your order number and reason for return. Upon acceptance, we will send you the return address. If you choose to return the item(s) before 30 days, return the product to us in its original condition and packaging and email us the tracking number of returning. Once the product arrives back at our warehouse and is inspected, we will issue a full return. Shipping costs of returning are non-refundable.
We cannot accept a refund request if there is delivery failure due to incorrect delivery address, absence or unreachable contact number, wrong postal code, or any missing information provided for the shipping address. Due to the escalation of porch pirates/thefts we are not responsible for the package stolen/broken after delivery. If you have not received your item and think it has been stolen, you will need to file a claim with the postal service. If this is something you have had happen or are worried about, please have items shipped to a secure location such as your work address or your local post office to be picked up.
