The individual pieces aren't the best quality, like for example hand broke when being installed, some are hard to connect or don't keep together, few one were missing but after assembling the whole it still looks great. Just need to be patient building

You may have seen the other 1 star reviews on the same set but that is just their problem. They may be assembling the two worlds together while it was standing up but it is best to do it lying down! All of my money saved up for this set and it was the best set I’ve ever gotten! Thank you to who ever designed this set as it caused me no problems!! xx

The bag numbers don’t match the instructions and it did not come in the Lego box. My son gave up trying to put it together

We would like to clarify how the bags are organized:
Step 0: There are two bags: 0-1 and 0-2. Step 1: There are three inner bags: 1-1, 1-2, and 1-3. The set continues in numbered building steps. Steps 10 and 11: These are packed together in four inner bags: 10-11-1, 10-11-2, 10-11-3, and 10-11-4.
In total, the build is organized into 11 major steps across 10 main bags.
We’re also sorry for any misunderstanding regarding the packaging. As stated on our product pages, the set is a compatible building block set and is shipped without the original box.

First time buying from this site and it did not disappoint. The delivery was quick and the set itself was well made. Some of the flexible pieces were stiff but overall it is worth it for the price. The only issue I had was with missing/replacement pieces, there is a missing/replacement piece policy yet there is no email address to mail to. I have yet to receive an email back yet the set was missing so few pieces I would still buy the set. Overall great buy for the price and would purchase from them again.

2. when you look at the first image, the sign says stranger story and not stranger things, is this true for the set?
