The ONLY downside to this build was so many small bags and the numbers had rubbed off some of the bags which made it tough at first. But, once I got through the first round of bags it was much easier. It would be helpful if you labeled the bags better but overall a nice build.

Ordered two sets of the Batman “Lego” Artworks for Christmas for my 8 year old nephews. The very low pricing enticed me to order ($75 versus $120 in store). Received a “padded” envelope, stuffed with plastic plates and loose bags with bricks, plus 2 instruction manuals. Envelope was ripped, 2 plates broken in pieces and instruction manual ripped and dirty. Disappointed as I was expecting a nice Lego box as in store, I quickly realized this was not Lego, even though the images used on the website are identical to the Lego website. After reviewing the website it indeed does not state “Lego” and that “to safely ship and reduce costs, no original box will be included”. Even though the website nor the product description indicates what a “original box” is or looks like, I was a bit mislead by that.
However after reporting the issue at hand, the company refunded my money and indicated for me to keep the product.
That is great customer service!
Still I would advice the company to be more clear on their packaging and that this is not Lego. It will still draw the right people due to the price point, but will prevent disappointment with other customers when receiving a padded envelope shows up.
