Packed without original box in order to save on shipping and custom duty charges. Items are repacked into padded envelopes with suitable carton boxes for maximum protection. (Excluded the items marked with Original box)

Product was ordered before Thanksgiving. Did not receive any shipping information until December 1. As of December 20 tracking indicates the delivery status is “In Transit”. Frustrated that your website indicated this was coming from the US, however this is clearing coming from China and I am disappointed as this was supposed to be a Christmas gift.
