This array has just gotten larger as the Lego Group will unleash a new game in the form of Lego Universe across US, UK and Western Europe this October. as the company suggests, this is the premier massive multiplayer online game to be based on the fantastic and unique Lego play experience.

Fans of the Lego genre can take complete advantage of ‘The Founders’ release while E3 gamers get to taste the Lego Universe at Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment booth. The E3 event focuses on the upcoming game’s building and behaviors features. The new title will enable players to create anything and then infuse life into it by employing the basic programming language.

The Founders is expected to unveil on October 12, 2010 much before the official game releases on October 26, 2010. Gamers will be able to purchase the offering through Lego channels like Legoland, Lego Online Shop and Lego Stores. They can however pick up their copy through all retail channels.

The MMOG Lego Universe can be played on Mac and PC platforms with the Mac version working on TransGaming’s Cider Portability Engine.
