I liked the design of the knights and king's castle in the recent Castle line; however, I'm not fond of skeletons, trolls, etc.- I much prefer the Kingdoms style of castle sets and I'm glad to see this type return. However, I would like even more to see more sets released in the style of Medieval Market Village, which is easily one of my favorite sets, and not just for the lack of the trolls and their companions. The medieval town side of the castle theme is underrepresented in my opinion, and the MMV did an excellent job of portraying part of it. It was well designed with plenty of pieces and detail, for a pretty good price. Of course, Lego keeps producing castles and catapults because there are new collectors who came along after the old ones were retired, but older collectors may get tired of seeing the same types of castle sets several times in a row. Continuing the medieval village line, which the MMV got off to a good start, would appeal to new collectors and provide a refreshing change for the older collectors. Lego could even reproduce some old themes or factions that haven't been seen in a while, such as forestmen.
I may be going a bit long here, but I'm just trying to say that while I'm happy to see a return to the classic style of castle sets, it would be nice to see the theme branch out into some new areas.
